The COBE Stack
Most contractors run projects across a half-dozen disconnected tools. Communication lives in email, updates get buried, and documentation is scattered across apps. The tool-switching burns hours every week, and clients end up asking for updates instead of seeing them. So we built our own.
The HUB is COBE's proprietary project management platform, the system behind how every project gets built. It pulls the whole job into one place: communications, daily notes and photos, automated safety and quality checklists, and client and subcontractor portals. Everyone works from the same real-time information, so projects move efficiently with a high standard of safety and quality on every one.
PreCheck is COBE's pre-construction quality system. Before a project breaks ground, it runs through a set of checklists and reviews that surface issues while they're still cheap and easy to fix. Every project starts with PreCheck, and we sharpen the process with every job we run.
We're integrating AI across our internal processes to cut the busywork. The first place it's showing up is on billing cycles, which means clients see invoices and pay-apps faster than they would on most projects.
COBE Training Modules are the internal certification path that ensures every project manager, superintendent, and field engineer is fluent in the HUB, PreCheck, and the rest of the stack. The tools only work if the team knows how to run them. We make sure they do.
Most contractors buy software. COBE builds it. Our internal tech team continuously develops, refines, and supports the HUB and the rest of the stack. When a project needs something new, we build it.
