Overview
A 12,500 SF lab and office refresh for TEVA Pharmaceuticals in Redwood City. The project built out a new BSL1 lab and refreshed the surrounding office to match TEVA's facility standards.
Scope
The BSL1 lab buildout included new fume hoods, lab benches, and islands. Lab equipment was installed with mechanical and additional electrical capacity sized to support the new instrumentation. The office portion received new finishes and furniture matched to TEVA's existing facility standards.
Outcome
A fully operational BSL1 lab for TEVA's research work, with the supporting office space refreshed to match. The mechanical and electrical upgrades give the lab the infrastructure capacity to add or swap equipment without retrofitting.
