A 35,000 SF full interior demolition and buildout for Sumitomo, delivering a combined office and cleanroom facility built to the client's strict performance and cleanliness standards.

Full interior demolition of the existing space, followed by a complete buildout. New HVAC systems with hard ductwork, process piping, and integrated controls were installed to support cleanroom operations. Saw cutting for new underground utilities, new finishes throughout, and complete mechanical and electrical upgrades brought the facility to spec.

A combined office and cleanroom facility built to Sumitomo's performance standards. The cleanroom came online ready for operations with all mechanical, electrical, and process systems integrated and controlled together.
