Overview
A 36,000 SF complete transformation of an existing office space into a full life sciences facility. The buildout converted general office layout into specialized lab environments, with new office and cafeteria spaces built to support the team.
Scope
Creation of advanced laboratory spaces, installation of modern lab furniture and casework, and redesign of all restroom cores. A new contemporary office area and a fully equipped cafeteria support the lab team. New rooftop package units were installed to serve the entire facility, providing efficient climate control across the office and lab zones.
Outcome
A fully operational life sciences facility built inside what was previously office shell space. The new lab environments, supporting office space, and dedicated rooftop HVAC give the client a complete research and operational facility under one roof.
