Overview
A 3,500 SF imaging center buildout in Morgan Hill, anchored by a state-of-the-art 3 Tesla MRI. The full-service facility also includes CT and X-ray, with interior design focused on creating a calm patient experience around the high-end equipment.
Scope
The 3 Tesla MRI installation required a complete structural overhaul to support the rooftop equipment, plus copper RF shielding around the MRI room and other specialized construction to meet imaging equipment requirements. CT scanner and X-ray suites were built out as part of the facility's full-service offering. Interior design throughout was chosen to create a calm, inviting environment for patients in what can otherwise feel like an equipment-heavy clinical space.
Outcome
A full-service community imaging center for Morgan Hill, with high-field 3T MRI, CT, and X-ray capabilities in a space designed around the patient experience. The structural and shielding work give the facility the engineering foundation to operate its high-end equipment reliably for years.
