Overview
A full revitalization of an aging warehouse in Sunnyvale, converting it into a modern social club lodge for the Moose chapter. The 5,000 SF building had structural, code, and accessibility issues that needed to be solved before any finish work could happen.
Scope
Comprehensive seismic retrofit and full replacement of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout. Full ADA accessibility upgrades, encroachment work tied to a new fire service, and parcel map recordation handled in parallel with the build. Refreshed interior finishes followed once the structural and code work was clear.
Outcome
A code-compliant, fully accessible social club ready for another generation of members. The lodge opened with renewed safety, modern building systems, and refreshed interiors.
