Project Details

Overview

An 11,500 SF seismic strengthening project for a confidential data center in Santa Clara. COBE seismically anchored server racks, cable trays, and cooling equipment supports to keep the facility stable and operational during earthquakes.

Scope

The work reinforced all server racks and cable trays and strengthened cooling equipment supports to maintain uninterrupted thermal management, all while meeting seismic code. The anchoring was engineered so critical systems stay online and protected during a seismic event.

Outcome

A hardened data center with improved seismic resilience, protected equipment, and operational continuity, fully compliant with seismic regulations.
