COBE installed heavy-duty footings and structural steel to support a 150-ton boxcar unit built for continuous operation and maximum reliability. The unit was outfitted with a four-pipe hot and chilled water system integrated with ALC controls, delivering the precise environmental control that critical data center operations demand.
Outcome
A warehouse transformed into a data center-grade mechanical hub, engineered for continuous operation with precision environmental control and the structural backbone to support heavy mechanical equipment.
