A 28,350 SF conversion of existing office space into a new Class 100 test floor for Analog Devices in Milpitas. The new floor was built with the infrastructure to support current and future semiconductor test equipment.

Existing office interior was converted to a raised test floor with new 3-foot-deep trenches running conditioned air and process utilities for tool installation. Perforated HVAC grilles throughout the raised floor system. A new external chiller system was installed on the existing pad, with chilled water lines trenched to the test floor. Roof-mounted make-up air units paired with recirculating air fans in the interstitial space. Floor-mounted VAV boxes with hot water reheat and DDC controls. New Title 24 compliant electrical with additional power capacity for the new test load.

A future-ready semiconductor test floor built inside what was previously office shell. The 3-foot utility trenches and raised floor design give Analog Devices the flexibility to install or relocate test equipment without re-trenching, and the external chiller and dedicated air handling support the precise environmental control test work requires.
