Project Description

This was an entire refresh gut and build out of a 9-story high rise in Burlingame. Complete conversion of old spec suites into an open space lounge including, work areas, café space, conference rooms, game room, lobby and restroom core refresh.

New open ceiling concept also required major reconfiguration of the existing MEP system layout. Project include all new finishes, millwork, Electrical Title 24 upgrades and Chilled Water Ducted Fan Coil Units with ALC Controls.

Custom wood slat ceilings in the café and lobby core is the centerpiece of the new kitchen area.
