Project Description

A conversion of an existing warehouse/office building of 12,600 SF and adding an additional 1,385 SF for a state of the art basketball facility for children and adolescent basketball training. Project consisted of interior and exterior demolition, raising the existing parapet walls from an existing 18’ height to 29’, site work upgrades, an encroachment permit, landscaping, structural, new roof and new finishes.
